For systems we've designed or software we've developed, we offer a range of service contract alternatives with varying levels of support:

  • One or more JSC technicians full-time within your facility.
  • On-call support of your personnel by JSC technicians.
  • Periodic preventive maintenance calls.
  • Various on-call response times, depending on location.

We also provide diagnostic services to troubleshoot specific problems and overall systems evaluations. Finally, we can help you determine whether contract maintenance will be best for your facilities in comparison to the cost and level of service from other support agencies or departments.
