Paul Allyn


Paul Allyn's 16 years' of engineering practice in justice electronics and his past management of an engineering section, marketing department, and multi-discipline project teams of up to 20 people qualify him as principal and manager of Justice Systems' northwest office in Seattle. He received his electronics BSEE degree cum laude from the University of Washington in 1979. Paul is a registered professional engineer in six states. Having began his justice electronics career in 1983 with construction administration on both the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas and Washington DOC's Clallam Bay Corrections Center, he has since been responsible for the design and construction management of over fifteen major criminal justice facilities. Other past projects include Low-Voltage and Electrical Manager for the $110-million King County Regional Justice Center, Low-Voltage Manager for Los Angeles County's $120-million North County Corrections Center, and Project Engineer for the $40-million new inmate housing at Washington DOC's McNeil Island Corrections Center. Amongst other assignments, Paul is currently Project Manager and Engineer for the Pierce County Jail Expansion Project in Tacoma, Washington.
